Middletown Lions Club

We Serve - Louisville, Ky.

Golf, Food, Fun, and Philanthropy!

February 24, 2018 By Marty Mills

We live here, We work here, We retire here, We Serve here. Did I mention we play Golf?
So, why not do it all.

The 40th Annual Middletown Lions Golf Scramble (Charity Fund Raiser) is set for June 11, 2018 at Weissinger Hills Golf Course . Our members will play, solicit your help, and make sure we get started providing everyone with a great experience.

Lion Tracy Blair House’s State Farm Insurance Agency has agreed to sponsor this event and provide “Goodie Bags” foundation support, and a tent to meet your insurance needs. She is a second generation Lion as her dad Bob Blair was a long time member until his passing. Lion Tracy is dedicated to our community and works hard to meet the needs of it and individuals that live here.

Lion Rick Ross of RA Ross and Associates will co-sponsor our putting contest. Lion Rick is a long time member of the club and has demonstrated his commitment to serving it in many capacities.

Lion Hal Thomas of Thomas, Dodson & Wolford, PLLC will also co-sponsor our putting contest. Lion Hal has worked and served this community for many years and is dedicated to serving those less fortunate.

Was that a commercial, or an opportunity to highlight caring people in our community that Live, Work, and Serve here? “We Serve” is the slogan of Lionism throughout the world. There are over 1,400,000 Lions serving many needs and we need participants in this fund raiser to help those in the Middletown Area.

So, spend the afternoon (and some dollars) with the Middletown Lions Clubs 40th Annual Golf Scramble.
PRIZES FOR FLIGHTS, 1ST, 2ND & 3RD (They are BIG), CLOSEST TO HOLE, LONGEST DRIVES FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN with GIFT BAGS (1st 18 teams). Much more!!
