When the Middletown Kentucky Lions Club was asked to provide a basket for the Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation auction, the club came through. Here on my dining room table is a sample. You must realize that Kentucky has over 40 distilleries and many wineries. So, we received rum, gin, vodka, tequila, lots of bourbon, champagne, 17 bottles of wine and a biscotti liqueur. Along with many other things including some polo sunglasses and vintage U o f K gear. We were able to provide a lot of baskets. Sometimes you just have to ask!
